I gave Gerber Collision and Glass 5 Stars because of the great customer service that I received and the phone calls that I received about the status of my vehicle from start to finish. Also they did an excellent job on my vehicle. I strongly recommend them if you need body work done on your vehicle. I definitely will use Gerber Collision And Glass again. Thanks for a great job on my vehicle and great customer service.

2nd experience with Gerber. Both terrific. Embarrassed a little this time because the damage to my car was done by me in my garage, not while driving. Everyone was so nice and John F. even made me feel better because he explained that this type of damage can happen to anyone. I was given a complete estimate of cost and a time frame for completing the work. John sent me texts and called to keep me attuned of how the repair was going . A bad event but I was treated royally!!

They do good work and went the extra mile customer service wise for my recent 4/20 visit. Special thanks to Will the GM for helping me out after they closed. I had an issue at work and got there 30 minutes after the shop officially closed. He helped me out and run me up so I could take my car. He saved me from having to try to manage rides that night and the next day to pick up my car. Thanks so much!!!!!!!

Gerber Collision & Glass did an awesome job on my car, you can't even tell it was in a car accident. In addition, they promised me my car on 04/12/16 and it was completed almost a week earlier. My repair process manager, Alora, provided excellent service.... She was professional, kind, and always kept me up to date on what was happening with my car. She went beyond what she had to, to help me find affordable tires, and when ever she promised me a call back she did exactly what she said she would. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone in need of body work repairs and I will most definitely use them again!

Great work; excellent updating via phone and text. I was 350 miles from home and they did their all to expedite repair without sacrificing quality and assuage. My anxieties with frequent communications over the 13 days they had my car. I'd recommend this shop to any and all with special kudos to Charley the project manager!
