Gerald G. and the whole team at Gerber Body and Collision are the absolute epitome of what it means to deliver excellent customer service. I brought my 2009 Honda in a few weeks ago to have some body work done on the bumper after a collision with another motorist. Not only was the staff very helpful and informative but Mr. G. ran through the whole process with me and showed me everything that needed to be done. Everyone there from the front desk to the mechanics had a very positive attitude and answered any questions I had. My car was in and out after only a few short days and I believe it came out looking better than the day I bought it. Once again thank you to Gerald and the staff, excellent all the way around. I will definitely be recommending them for any and all repairs.

I was very impressed with the customer service and personnel at Greensboro's location of Gerber Collision & Glass. The staff was very courteous and professional from start to finish. After leaving my vehicle in their hands for body work I felt very confident the body work would be done correctly. I received weekly updates via text messages and personal phone calls from the staff. My vehicle was completed and delivered on the promised date of completion. I am more than happy with the service I received from Gerber Collision & Glass of Greensboro, NC.

Very easy, very fast, very friendly, very considerate. Loretta was very nice in her communication with me and my 2 year old daughter, plus everyone was very considerate that I was waiting with a toddler. They considered her adorable and kept her attention away from boredom!

Experience was great. Employees were extremely friendly throughout the entire time. They worked extremely hard on getting may vehicle fixed and even managed to return the truck four days ahead of the scheduled due date. Great people and great company. Glad I choose them to do the work. We have a feet of 12 company vehicles and if we need body work again They will be the place I go to.

The service is outstanding in every way. I was greeted by Kacy when I arrived. She was very professional, efficient and friendly. Rodney S. handled the estimate and kept me updated daily by emails and phone calls on the progress of my repair. A great job on the repair, but the customer service of Kacy and Rodney will stay in the mind. Your lucky to have such good employees.
