Talk about quick service. The ins company felt like it would take a few days for the whole process . Dropped my car off at 8 am Wednesday and expected to maybe get a call in a couple of days. To my surprise I got a call from Tim to let me know that my car would be ready about noon on THURSDAY. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the repair was excellent. The damage was fairly minor to the rear bumper cover and more so to the LT lower filler. Now looks like new. Based on this service I would recommend this company.

I was greeted in a friendly manner by both office personnel and the technician, Terry. Shortly after I dropped off my car for repair I had to go out of town unexpectedly, as my mother was ill. The staff and insurance adjuster for Progessive were most kind and concerned. The car was ready early to accommodate my personal needs. The repair looks great and their kindness was over the top. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Kudos to this location!

The service was remarkable and a special shout out to Timothy C. for his wisdom and knowledge how he took care of me and my care in lest then 5 minutes he actually fixed the problem pertaining to my vehicle and sent me on my way very ,very, happy customer i would highly recommend your services to any and everyone if Gerber Collision ever need a spokes person i'm the one LOL but seriously for real for real i pray that as long as Gerber Collision continue to take great care of there customers the business will always be prosperous one always !!!?
