Cannot say enough about the service given us by Gail D. She was helpful throughout the process of repairing our collision claim and hail damage claim! Gail is service oriented and is the epitome of a customer service representative for Gerber. How lucky they are to have Gail as their employee!!!

Came in for an insurance claim, however, Gerber fixed the problem right on the spot without evening having to used the claim. The process of getting the damaged spot out took literally 2 minutes.I'm a very satisfied customer. Customer Service was very pleasing and I was satisfied.
