All of the people in the office were so friendly and ready to help. Mike even diagnosed, and made the repair of, an annoying water leak my Ford dealer wasn't able to take care of - in about 5 minutes. The car looks beautiful! Very impressed with how my vehicle turned out. Looks brand new, better than before the accident. They had it in and out for me, and kept me updated throughout the week they had it. Karen K. was exceptional in her service capacity. She took excellent care of me throughout the process. I was thoroughly impressed with her skill in making me feel like I was the center of her attention. I had a small repair to have done but she treated my concerns/needs wonderfully. In addition. the techs who worked on my vehicle did an outstanding job. Great craftsmanship bordering on sheer artistry!

Amazing service, friendly, and they go above and beyond to serve you the customer on a personal level. Their first priority is to make sure the customer is satisfied. Repair work is wonderfully done. They even vacuumed my car! (Which for a busy Mom is wonderful). Mike and his team kept in touch with updates, and times to when the car would be finished. They also went above and beyond to help us with our repair. I would give them a million stars if that were an option. Wonderful company, highly recommend.
