I just wanted to take a couple minutes and thank Gerber Collision in Canandaigua for the AWESOME SERVICE! My Kia Forte looks as good as new. The estimator, Hannah, was so nice to work with! Due to my lack of experience (thankfully), this process hasn't been the easiest for me but Hannah put me at ease and was professional, friendly, and very helpful with answering my questions! I really appreciated the updates on the progress of my car. The receptionist, Donna was always very pleasant when I would call the shop with any questions. I will most definitely spread the word on their incredible service. Thanks again Hannah, Donna & everyone at Gerber! A+++

I am sorry If I get her name wrong, but I believe it was Holly, she was the receptionist/account management/customer service etc.. lol. But, she was awesome! She was super friendly, very attentive and aware of my situation. She handled everything very professionally and fun at the same time. It was an absolute breath of fresh air with my experience here. The guys who looked it over were also amazing! They even did a little extra detail I pointed out and it meant a lot to me that it was done! I've never heard of Gerber Collision before! I've always went local and chose a location myself (which was time consuming with my job). Being able to do everything through the Geico app and finding this place was so easy! And I'm so happy I did! I will definitely be back! You've got a new long time customer! A+++ Absolutely appreciate you guys!

Hannah is amazing she is so polite and courteous. The collision shop did an awesome job on the repairs and they even vacuumed out the 100lbs of dog hair in my car. Looks brand new inside and out. Highly recommended. Thank you everyone at Gerber Collision. Fantastic job!

Everyone at Gerber treated me great from start to finish. It took them less than 2 days to complete the repairs on the back end of my SUV that someone swiped on the expressway. They also washed my car and cleaned the inside as well. 5 Stars!
