Took my 2014 motorhome there to have the exterior buffed out since it sat outside in the sun for several years. It was very faded and looked much older than it actually was. Tony and the crew brought it back life and now looks like new again. Thanks to Tony and the crew for a job well done.

It took two weeks to repair a few scratches, one dent, two damaged wheels and a windshield. Were supposed to install wheel locks but didn't. Had damage to other two wheels but didn't find it and now I have to pay to repair them and it cost me $845.00 for rental car because they took so long to repair. Am not satisfied with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.

My experience today with Gerber Collision, specifically the very friendly woman at the front desk and, especially an employee named Hannah, was phenomenal. I simply stopped in to see if someone could give me an idea of what kind of awful scratch was on my back passenger door that occurred sometime between yesterday evening parked at my home and this morning in the DMV parking lot. I am quite diligent about checking my truck when taking it anywhere. However, did not upon coming home this morning until getting the mail. Instead of setting up an appointment, Hannah who was waiting on an appointment of her own to come in... offered to come out and look at my truck. She was without answer as to what it could be as was I. I was torn up inside as this is a beautiful "new" to us Yukon XL Denali that we traveled 16 hrs round trip to get. ... We work hard to take good care of it. She then asked to take it into their paint shop and I said yes. Not ten minutes later she returned with my beautiful truck good as new. Scratch was pretty much completely gone for the eye to see. I forget what she said they put on it, paint thinner possibly. I was so happy and thankful that's all I could focus on. I will always come back to this place! That is how you treat customers. My being there benefited them in no way and yet they went above and beyond to get me in and to do whatever was done to make it " new" again! Faith in humanity that's what comes to my mind after today's experience. Thank you so much Hannah for taking the time and effort on me! read more

Tom was wonderful! I had a aftermarket radio installed in my car with a backup camera. I was very ignorant about how to use it. I am very impressed with the quality of work installing this radio, but did not know how to use it. Tom went over and beyond what I expected. He helped me learn how to use it and never acted like I was bothering him. He spent time with me in the car showing me how to use the radio. Because of Gerber and Tom I now am loving my new radio. I am so happy that I decided to get this install and especially happy to have the service that Tom provided to me. Thank you Garber and especially, Tom, the accessory service person.
