"I brought my 2020 Chevy Silverado Truck to Gerber Collision in New Smyrna Beach after a hit and run collision. From the start, they were fantastic. Mary T. at the front office handled all the insurance paperwork, saving me a huge headache. Mary kept me updated via text every few days on the progress. When I picked up the truck, it looked brand new-the paint match was flawless, and they even cleaned the vehicle! I highly recommend this company and their staff is second to none. A terrific experiemce after a bad accident . The crew at Gerber was so friendly, kind, empathetic and did an awesme job on the repairs ! Cassidie the Estimater folloiwed and updated twice a week for what was being done and delivery time, which ended up days ahead of schedule . Paige at the Front Desk was happy and focused on enusring I was happy and got me out quickly . Great job on the car ! The repair was absolutely amazing! I was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate the same day of the accident and they were able to immediately begin the repair. Sara and/or the office updated me daily on the status of the repair and my vehicle. The repair was completed quickly and thoroughly. My vehicle looks amazing. The team also worked closely with the car rental company during the repair process. I highly recommend Gerber Collision and will use them again in the future!
