I brought my GMC Safari van in for paint service after graffitti vandalism. Wayne Kelley handled it for me. Made an appointment at a time that was very convenient for me and finished the work so quickly and well that I will certainly return if I ever need other work.

First of all I want to personally thank Mr. Wayne Kelley (Estimator) on his professionalism and dedication to ensuring My wife and I left Gerber satisfied. After a problem arose with out front wheel, Mr. Kelley did not hesitate to find a solution to our problem. After conferring with the GM, Gerber took it upon themselves to correct the problem. We are now dedicated Gerber customers and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I brought a high end car here on the advice of Geico to have it inspected for damage. The Geico rep was on site at the scheduled time and advised me the cost etc to have the car fixed, I inquired if Gerber was capable of fixing expensive cars correctly and he assured me they could. Overall I had a great experience with them and so far the quality of the work looks factory and I can't see a single flaw. They also have a enterprise on site so having a rental car, insurance rep, and body shop in the same office made life easy. I took 1 star off because they took a day later then they said to fix the car but they did call so kudos there. Great experience. GEICO was right there and it was very seamless. Roger kept me informed and actually had the car done in 3 days, several days early. If needed I would certainly use this facility again.

My contact from Gerber was Kellie Lee. She was AMAZING. When ever I emailed, she got back to me right away and kept me in the loop with my car's progession. Whenever I went into the office, all staff was very friendly, very helpful and ready with answers to any and all questions. End result was pretty good. My bumper doesn't stay flush to the car. I was told that with heat it will mold to my car. At the time, it wasn't very hot out. These past couple weeks have warmed up. I will be taking it back to get it looked at again. Over all, I am very very satisfied with Gerber. Thank you Gerber Team!

My car was a mess. I was worry about who was going to help me. Geico asked me if I want bring it into one of the shop who the worked with. I said yes. I am so glad I did. The place they sent me to was Gerber Collision. The was the wise choose I ever made. The staff at Gerber treated me like I was part of their family. not just a customer. I took my vehicle in for an estimate to the location at 5415 So. Decatur Blvd. in Las Vegas. My estimator, Dave Zilly, was extremely nice and I received my quote in a matter of minutes. He also took it upon himself to retrieve some of their products and attempt to make the damage to my bumper look less visible. His hard work paid off and the damage does look much better. I just wanted to let your company know what a great employee you have in Dave Zilly.
