Jennifer, I recently had Gerber Collision repair my vehicle (Jeep) which was hit in a parking garage. The door had to be replaced. I was so fortunate to have Sarah Mcconnell- (Las Vegas office) to work with. She was very professional and did everything she said she would do in a timely manner. Amica recommended the shop but as soon as I found out Dave Zilly was going to be my estimator, there was no doubt I was going with Gerber. I was not disappointed, Dave was his usual helpful and friendly self. Car was done when promised and the workmanship was great. The office staff including Stephanie were always there to help with a friendly smile. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

Gerber Collision did a AMAZING JOB on my car! You cant even tell anything happened to the car! Nick Kopecky was awsome I loved his customer service he kept me updated on everything he always had high spirits and was very helpful I thank you all so much. I would recomend Gerber Collision to anyone and to contact Nick he made such a impression on me with his williness to help and his kindness he has such a sweet soul. Gerber Collision has a Golden Goose on their hands and its Name is Nick! The overall experience it took a bit of time but after seeing my car it was well worth the wait. Once again Thank You Gerber Collision and Nick.

My 94 Camaro is my love and it was backed into at a hotel. The damage wasn't over 800.00 however, I was taken care of immediately by Gerber on Bldr Hwy--I received a check in 8 days-I let Gerber know that I wanted the South Decatur Office to fix it--My car reservations with Enerprise were immediately completed and Roger was waiting for the car a little over a week later. Car was finished in 3 days--gorgeous job. I have recommended Gerber to at least 10 friends and will never go anywhere else for repairs. Thanks for the great work.

Fantastic experience! Great customer service. Work was done exactly as per bid and was done on time. They even detailed the car after the excellent repair job. My car hasn't looked this good since I drove it off the lot at the dealership. Definitely an establishment worthy of a good recommendation!

Dear Roger, Yes indeed I did notice. I noticed that you painted my scraped front fender! What an unexpected surprise! You didn't have to do that but you did, and I think you and all involved. I can't remember ever receiving such special treatment, the car looks Great!!
