I want to commend Kathy C. (CSR) and Ruben (Production Mgr.) at your facility on E Post Rd in Las Vegas, NV, for their outstanding customer service! They really stepped in and stepped up to help me out of a real jam. My car was recently in for collision repair. The initial estimate was performed by the General Mgr. at the time, Stanley E. The next day he called me back and let me know the damage was far more extensive after further inspection and the costs had shot up another $1800.00. After a week had gone by, my insurance company informed me that they would not be approving the cost of the repairs and if I still wanted to keep the vehicle, I would have to pay for all costs out of my own pocket. So I called Gerber Collision to speak with Stan about my options and if we could work something out, and that's when I was informed he was no ... longer with Gerber. Talk about things not going my way. Just when things looked bleak, Kathy listened to my story and went above and beyond to make sure that I would not fall between the cracks and be just another number. She consulted with Ruben and they put together a very reasonable estimate to put my car back together and even an extra request from me to weld the muffler exhaust back into place. I've had the car back now for about 4 days and I'm happy to report that it drives fine and apart from a few minor cosmetic things which I opted out of having repaired, I'm very satisfied with the work Gerber Collision performed. Again, a huge Thank You to Kathy, Ruben, and the rest of the staff at this Gerber facility. They are a credit to your company and know what real customer service is all about! Sincerely, R. R. We were so impressed with the service from Kathy at the desk to Stan's work on our damaged car! Thanks to their great service we were able to turn a very bad Christmas Eve collision experience into a very pleasant repair experience. My Grand Marquis looks like brand new.
