I was impressed with Gerber Collision the minute I walked in the door. Clean lobby, proffesional friendly empathic staff providing updates on vehicle repair. As a female (widower) it was nice to enter a collison shop with gentlemen and friendly women - a perfect model of what all repair/collison shops should represent; the shop ahead of its time.

We received excellent customer service during the time that we had our car in the shop. Nino and his team especially Kathy in the office did phenomenal job communicating each stage of the repairs and the actual repairs itself. Thank you for going the extra mile in finding the issues even the insurance company did not see. It was awesome that you guys covered rental as well for the duration of the repair job. We will certainly recommend this Gerber repair center to anyone that will need any repair job.

Gerber did an excellent job repairing my 2015 Toyota Tundra. Getting into an accident is a horrible experience; Gerber has done a magnificent job contacting my insurance, keeping in touch with me, and getting my vehicle fixed. When I came to pick up my vehicle, it looked beautiful.

Hello, I am sending this feedback to let you know that Geber Collision exceeded all the needs of my BMW 3 series. In a time when you have an accident and everything looked so bad, almost unfixable, Gerber Collision made our car look as good as new!!! No complaints what so ever. The staff Nino, Brad, Kathy and Stephanie were all so comforting and wonderful. They made the experience of having an accident as pleasurable as it possibly could be. If ever in time may this happen again, I would most definatly bring any of my vehicles to Gerber Collision, no question about it. They treated us with the upmost respect and have completed all our needs!!!!! Thanks for all of what you do.
