Great friendly staff. Everyone communicated well with a call or email everyday my vehicle was in your possession with a status update. Thank you for the proactive measures you and your team took to keep me in the loop and feel comfortable with the situation. Being the reason I was brought to you guys in the first place was a car accident I was not at fault for my was not happy about the situation to start with. THANK YOU for the great customer experience aside from the repaire work I revived being outstanding! All aspects in every area I was helped with i am more then pleased with! My vehicle looks better then ever! Thank you and happy holidays!

The customer Service was great everyone from the Geico to the Gerber Guy was great. Even had my car ready in 3 days instead of 7. The rental Car is right on the property Enterprise and the experience with them was great customer service. The benefit is how Gerber gives and stands by the work done as long as you have the car.. Thank You Gerber ... Happy ThanksGiving....

I have to admit a loathing hatred for dealing with mechanics and auto shops. Gerber collision may have broken the mold. I needed a vehicle repaired and painted in a very timely manner. They exceeded my expectations and did an amazing job. The car looks great and they did the work in 2 business days. I have no complaints. While I hope to never need their services again, should I ever have a need, I will definitely come back to Gerber collision.
