I had a PDR repair that another company made a huge mess of my 2024 vehicle with 6000 miles-Gerber had to a "re-work" on my vehicle-they were professional and my vehicle looks brand new again.

All of the staff members were very friendly and nice. In particular, the woman working at the reception desk was extremely kind and helpful. My representative was also very kind and friendly.

Gerber did a great job fixing our car that had been rear-ended. They actually went above and beyond and fixed some additional things that were wrong with the car. We were grateful for their expertise and excellent work.

I haven't heard about Gerber Collision before, but when I parked my Trax SUV in front of the office on July 22, 2026, went inside, processing of my issue was done so fast, by the receptionist and then by Lew, was out of the office to get my car rental. SO GREAT

The near daily updates was nice. The explanation at time of pick of why things were slightly delayed (insurance requirements on parts ordered and defects that needed correcting) was very appreciated. Also liked how my vehicle was washed.

Have used Gerber a few times with my insurance, but this the first time the other party's insurance, Progressive, had to get involved. Gerber worked well with Progressive and there were no delays, the work was perfect. The staff at Gerber's is top shelf.

Jason and his crew at Gerber are AMAZING! My car was at their shop for about 4 weeks and I received weekly updates and very transparent communication from Jason regularly. My car looks brand new after a hit and run collision, I can't thank you guys enough for all your help!

Gerber Collision at Skye Point in Las Vegas, NV did a wonderful job in getting-out the golf ball hits (over 13) on my Dodge Ram 2006 vinyl tint wrap. I live across the street from the golf course and there are many wayward golf balls that strike my truck and house! I appreciate the excellent service from Shawn who dropped off Jesse at my house to pick up my truck (and drop truck off when job was complete), and Nick L., Estimator who was in touch with Kymberli J., The Hartford Claims Processor. I was kept informed of the status of my truck repairs and insurance payment; zero deductible. Awesome repairs to my truck with having a vinyl wrapped vehicle I was thinking how bad the truck might look in getting the dents out...I was surprised that the areas repaired were done so well. Getting into a car accident was not part of my plan. I am very busy with work and with life in general and I was not looking forward to the extra headache with dealing with insurance companies. My truck was towed to Gerber Collison which was nearby where my accident happened and I am so lucky that is who I had as my collision repair service. They are polite and easy going to work with.
