I was in a fender bender on December 23, 2025. The person at fault had Geico Insurance, which referred me to Gerber Collision. I got lucky!!! Gerber Collision made the whole process go smoothly, including setting up my rental. My car was returned to me a week later and it looks brand new. I couldn't be happier! I strongly recommend Gerber Collision. The women in the office are friendly and professional. Everything gets explained to you before and after the work is completed. I was so impressed with Gerber, I told my son to get his car done at Gerber after his car was hit in an accident. Thank you Gerber!

My experience at Gerber Collision was amazing. All the workers I came in contact with were always smiling and very helpful, answering my questions and keeping me updated on the progress of my car. They went into detail on the progress of my car and explaining what was going on. They all made a stressful experience a lot easier for me.

Can't give enough praise to repair facility. All personnel very pleasant and friendly and immediately got answers to any questions I had. The damage appraiser, Shelby, was very courteous and very detail oriented assessing damage done to my vehicle. His initial estimate very close to actual repair costs, increase being only some parts not being able to see till disassembly. Would immediately go back to them should I unfortunately have any damage to any of my vehicles. Great job, State Farm insurance also great job with timely payment for work.

Front desk young lady is very nice and friendly, estimator Michael W is very professional and efficient. I was able to get my car back a few days sooner than I expected. The shop did a wonderful job on repairing the rear bumper! They kept me updated through text messages during the whole process, overall 5 Star ratings!

I had some work done to my car when a piece fell off of the freeway where the city is having construction done. It cracked my bumper and broke my front sensor. They did an amazing job in fixing it and it took them less than a week to fix the whole thing. I highly recommend them and will be happy to go back to them if I ever need any work done.

I had several issues that were out of the ordinary like I had to get my car smogged because my registration was due. They accommodated me and had my car completed ahead of schedule. I also forgot my garage door opener in the rental car and they were able to retrieve it and give it to me. Ephraim was a pleasure to deal with as well as the front desk lady.
