The minute I walked in I could tell this place was one I would want to do business with. Very friendly & helpful. I had a dent in my rear passenger door they looked at it & was able to take it out on the spot...leaving just a small dent that I could live with since the car is ten years old. Very nice young man & honest I would sent friends & family to this location.

Stopped by the shop this afternoon thinking that my son-in-laws Ridgeline which I am baby sitting for two years while he, as a Navy pilot serving on a U.S. Carrier in the Pacific, needed new weather stripping on a rear door window. A fine young man looked at the issue and advised me that the bottom door weather stripping and weep holes were dirty and clogged. Problem solved. Thank you to him and to Gerber for employing such capable and professional people. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience recently with Gerber Collision. I had never been in an accident, but recently, a gentleman backed into me in a drive thru. He contacted his insurance right away and his insurance company was GREAT to work with. I then had the pleasure of going to Gerber, where they were nothing short of stellar: Stellar customer service, wonderfully professional, with a well ran office and garage. One employee stood out for her helpfulness, friendliness and knowledge, BK. If I should ever need body repair work, and want to be treated with good customer service, backed with integrity, I will go to Gerber.
