We had previously had a repair job done at Gerber, and when we were recently in an accident and asked by the insurance company if we had a preference for repairs, we mentioned Gerber and were happy to hear they were on the company's list of approved shops. From the minute I took the car in for an estimate to the time I picked it up, the service was excellent and the whole process was easy and fast. Gerber even made all the arrangements for a rental car to pick me up and drop me off. The car was completely cleaned and vaccuumed, and I can say I could not have been more satisfied. A very good experience. Thank you.

Out of all my years of trying and testing different repair shops I have never been so absolutely and utterly satisfied than when I went to Gerber Collision and Glass. I will NEVER go anywhere else and I STRONGLY recommend this to anyone looking for the HIGHEST level of QUALITY repairs and EXTREMELY friendly customer service. The repair work was phenomenal and the courteousness was excellent especially given to me by Joe Swantek the Gen. Manager who was excellent. They did a wonderful job on my front end and my chevy cobalt (2005) looked like a brand new car when they got through repairing the damage. They even cleaned my nasty dashboard to where it was spotless! I love Gerber Collision in Naperville and recommended them to my neighbors and my family. Mr. Swantek was quick with the estimate and very thorough in explaining everything to me. He was Mr. Wonderful at a bad time for me.

I have brought our family cars to this Gerber location for a number of significant repairs and the work done has always been great with fair prices for the high quality provided. Recently I scraped the side of my car on a parking bumper and thought I was looking at a repair in the high hundreds of dollars. Joe and his staff provided me with a couple repair cost estimates and also offered to try and buff it and use touch up paint for free. The free repair looked fine given that my other options were to spend $500-$1,000 for a more complete repair. I really appreciate the help to save money during this down economy and will definitely keep bringing my cars to this Gerber location for future repairs.
