OMG!!I Joe and his team at Gerber exceeded my expectations. I am in the service industry. I can be very critical of service providers since this is how i earn my living. However, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and the high level of service that this shop showed me through out this entire experience. They even finished my car repairs four days early. I would go back to joe in a heart beat.

Even though I've had work done at the same shop before, and I was very satisfied with the workmanship and service in the past, Michelle and Joe knocked it out of the park this time! We had previously had a repair job done at Gerber, and when we were recently in an accident and asked by the insurance company if we had a preference for repairs, we mentioned Gerber and were happy to hear they were on the company's list of approved shops. From the minute I took the car in for an estimate to the time I picked it up, the service was excellent and the whole process was easy and fast. Gerber even made all the arrangements for a rental car to pick me up and drop me off. The car was completely cleaned and vaccuumed, and I can say I could not have been more satisfied. Out of all my years of trying and testing different repair shops I have never been so absolutely and utterly satisfied than when I went to Gerber Collision and Glass. I will NEVER go anywhere else and I STRONGLY recommend this to anyone looking for the HIGHEST level of QUALITY repairs and EXTREMELY friendly customer service.
