Hello Michael. Just a short note of appreciation to all at Gerber Collision and Glass for the great service in the repair and reconditioning of my damaged Chevy Equinox. I had a nice drive back to Nebraska, even had a first hand opportunity to see what rain looks like as I drove through Iowa! The car performed just fine with no problems evident during the trip and for the past week. Nice to have it back! Thanks again for the fine service and excellent customer treatment. If we meet again, let's hope it's a social encounter and it's not by accident!

My 2010 HHR was the innocent victim of a parking lot hit-and-run. Upon recommendation of my insurance company, I took it to Gerber on LaSalle Street in Naperville, IL.. The estimator, Jason, and Stacia, who was at the desk, could NOT have been nicer. A thorough estimate was done, and since I was going to get a complimentary Enterprise rental, decided to have the work done there. In only 5 days, they got everything fixed, and when I picked up my car, I wondered if they had painted the whole thing or just the front where it was damaged, it looked so good! They were very good about contacting me with progress reports and keeping me informed--very important, since this is the first time I've ever had to have this sort of work done! Everyone was patient and polite and a great hand-holder! If the unfortunate ever happens again, I would ... DEFINITELY go back there--and I've been bending the ear of anyone who hold still about the FANTASTIC SERVICE I received and the FANTASTIC WORK they did. I recently (July 10 - July 18, 2012) had my car in at your location for some repairs on my car due to a small accident. You and your team did an AMAZINGLY EXCELLENT job on my car!! Although, there were a couple of minor set backs the first time i came back to pick up my car, but you really took care of your customer by showing that you care about my car as much as I do. "The service was excellent. Jason took the time to go over the used parts that were ordered for my 15 year old conversion van . He would not accept any parts that were inferior. The doors that he accepted were excellent and the van looks as good as new. Jason and the others at Gerber recognized that my van is important to me and that I want to keep it as long as possible, even though it is "old". They worked well with my insurance company to that end. I really appreciate the great service we received from the office staff to those who did the repair work and great paint job."

Brought my car in which had $10,000 in damage to get repaired. Everyone I spoke with was very courteous and took the time to answer all my questions. They kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs and explained everything they were doing. The car turned out great and I am definetly a much happier car owner! "Dear Mr. O'Day, I am writing you to give your organization, in particular the Route 59 Naperville location a review. I recently had some minor repair work on my 2006 Escalade completed by Gerber. In fact, i just picked up my automobile a few minutes ago. I'll start out by saying that Jeff at this location was courteous and attentive to my repair issues. Jeff quoted 2-3 days for the repair work to be completed, and true to his word, my car was ready for pick up on the 3rd day. Additionally, the work performed on my hood and front bumper was extremely well done! More importantly, there was a little issue with my vehicle and how it was stored during a rain storm on Aug. 23rd. I brought this to Bob and Jeff's attention, and not only did they calm me down, they listened, and showed sincere appreciation for my concern. That is something ... that is so rare these days by the way. Bob immediately took action and rectified the issue to my satisfaction. Bob resolved this minor issue, and his and Jeff's handling of the situation was extraordinary. Upon my arrival to pick up my car on Aug. 24th, i found my car to be clean and parked right up front. I went into pay for the services, and was informed that Bob had performed some additional minor work on the "fenders" of my Escalade at no additional charge. That was a pleasant surprise, and much appreciated. Bob did not have to do this, but the fact that he did it, without making a big fuss about it was just absolutely uncommon. This is the 2nd time i have entrusted my Escalade to Gerber for repair work. I am once again, very, very pleased with the quality of workmanship, and more importantly the customer service from the entire office and its staff. I hope you will recognize the great service that Bob, Jeff and the entire crew at the Route 59 Naperville Location performed.
