Unfortunately someone hit my car on a parking lot, and I needed two doors replaced. Nick was my estimator on this one, and he was truly a pleasure to work with. He is very communicative, kind, and did an amazing job. Customer service at Gerber never fails to disappoint either. The phone is answered every time, and Erin at the front desk is very kind and helpful. My car looked brand new after the work was done, more work being done now - but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for making an unpleasant experience a little bit easier. :)

My appointment is 11:00 today. When I pull my car in garage, Alejandro is waiting on the side (efficient). My car (Lexus ES 350) got scratched on the right side at 4 panels by my garage door. Alejandro checked a little bit, then tried to use some magic liquid rub it and then other liquid to clean it. Finally my car body is like new! I appreciate his work very much. And I ask how much I should pay. He said "have a nice day". I am so moved, not only because the 40 minutes work is free, I appreciate his valuable knowledge and kind attitude, compare with other estimator in another auto body store. They told me some panel need to replace, need two weeks stay in store and priced at $ thousands! Thanks Alejandro!!

I was very pleased that I was kept informed as to the progress of the repairs. Lucero A. called me as promised at least twice a week. When we picked up our vehicle, it was looking better than we expected. Gerber did a great job. Hopefully I never need a collision repair again but if I do, Gerber will be my first call.

Joe (Manager) insisted that I return with my car to check backup security system following bumper repair to make sure everything was functioning properly as I had been getting warning messages that backup warning system not operational. All checked out well. I was impressed with Joe's professional response and persistence.
