Our process was seamless. We received text updates on there progress of the car repair. They spoke with our insurance company initially and then again when additional repairs were needed. The car came back to us cleaned and fixed very well. Highly recommend

And most of all, you guys washed and detailed my van, and I have never seen my van that Shiney and clean except when it was brand new. The associates at the shop are so kind and even called my insurance company to get my deductible removed!!! They cleaned the inside of my truck and truly made me feel great about having them fix my truck. I will only go to Gerber from now on and will tell all my friends and family. I am beyond happy with the service and my truck looks amazing!!! :)

Excellent service and quality of work. Nobody likes the inconvenience of having an accident and needing car repairs, but everyone at Gerber was helpful and professional from start to finish. They made it as stress-free as possible. Work was completed on the day it was promised. We have used Gerber Collision before, and will do it again if the need should arise!
