Before coming to Gerber, I had a bad experience with another company that failed to repair my car properly after two attempts. Upon my initial inquiry phone call with the Gerber in Munster, IN I encountered excellent customer service from Paul Buddell. I spoke with him over the phone and based on our conversation I brought my car in for an estimate. Paul was very thorough and straight forward and very respectful. I was able to schedule the repairs quickly with Melissa, who also was very personable and exhibited excellent customer service. I was offered a rental car, free of charge, while the car was being worked on, which was an extremely big stress reliever.
