This was second time I had a wonderful experience with Gerber collision & glass for my Toyota repair. Everyone there was very polite and nice. Especially Joe, he is very professional, friendly and helpful. I really like the periodic updates Joe sent to me every time. At the time I picked up my car I was even more happier since my car was got interior and exterior deep cleaning up. It just looked like a brand new car. The most thing I appreciatated was being in the "Know Circle" or " In the Lupe about what to expect was going to go on in restoring my vehicle and what exactly that would entail. Best place ever! My car windows got smashed out so we took it to Gerber Collision. They kept us updated throughout the whole process via text message which was nice. When we where finally able to pick our car back up they had given my car a full detail inside and out. My car looks amazing I couldn't be happier.

Kristen kept us update often on if our delivery date would be met. We had planned a vacation prior to having our car damaged, and didn't want to have to change the date. We were prepared to change, but we never had to. Kristen and the whole repair team worked diligently so we could have our car back on time. AND most important, our car looks perfect! I've gone to this location three times for work on my vehicle and can honestly say they have the most integrity out of any auto collision shop I've ever been to. Their staff are approachable, communicate effectively, and my vehicle is flawless after a tremendous amount of body work. They special order parts from overseas to ensure the quality and integrity of my vehicle was intact. Highly recommended. In fact, I just had my husband book with this location last week. A+++ service and end-results!
