I had a wonderful experience. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful especially the receptionist. Which helped alot since my car was hit at my apartment at night and I was not able to prove anything. The work was awesome. It looks like my new car back. They were even helpful in getting the repairs done 1 day earlier than they told me. I will definately take my car back and recommend Gerber to others.

Every aspect of my recent repair(Picked it up 7/26/2012) of my 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix 40th Anniversary Edition was handled in an EXCELLENT Manner of Proficiency... On maybe 3 occasions in the past 14 years +/- I used True To Form and Gerber is Continuing their Superior Standards of Customer Service...
