From everything I see the job was done well repairing my van. I have no complaints. Everybody was friendly, helpful and the job was done on time. I was text commenting on the progress and was informed all the way. The car rental was accross the driveway making everything handy. I give you all an A +. I was slow replying because I put your brochure in my glovebox and kept forgetting to bring in to reply.

Sabas O. and Amelia H. exceeded my exceptions after I wrecked my truck. When I first contacted Gerber Collision, I was a little took back on how easy it was for me. I then opted to go with custom (Cheaper and better) parts and Sabas and the Tech walked me through each step of the process to make sure I understood it. I was literately blown away by the customer service that Amelia and Sabas provided me. Often times we have bad experiences, not with these two representatives at Gerber. I have since recommended them to employees I work with. Thanks guys.

My father (who lives in NY) was visiting me on his way to florida & had a car accident which Gerber handled the damages. I have to highly recommend Gerber for there professionalism. Especially Amelia Harris in customer service. She went above and beyond to give us daily updates and her compassion for the situation was unbelievable. She is a great asset to the company as was the other employees who worked on my dads car. We would highly recommend Gerber.

I have never worked with a company who is as customer focused as this location is. Our repair after being hit by a deer was hassle free. I was kept up to date as things went along and felt that they were focused on making sure we were happy. Congratulations on being so good!

Sorry for the delay, I was in a meeting… ugh…. The Jeep is great! And it looks great, sounds great and was even clean!! They have been doing a lot of road work on 801 so my car was filthy and I just couldn’t bring myself to Auto Bell until they were done. So that was perfect timing. Repairs look very good. Stacy was very friendly and helpful. Repairs took a little too long as we went to pick up the first time all repairs had not been made and additional parts had to be ordered. We lost service of the car for 13 days and insurance only provided six days for loss of car. Even with that we were pleased with the repairs. The car really looks good.
