The receptionist was friendly, professional and courteous. The staff that completed repairs was knowledgeable and did a great job. I could not tell where they had fixed it. My car looked shinier when I came to pick it up.

The processes followed by all staff work amazingly well and you stand out as one of the best I have ever worked with ever. I think the key was the tone of voice uses by Katie as someone who truly wanted to communicate and inform at the same time while sounding like someone that wanted to truly help. Wonderful job.
