I was privileged to have Tim and his team work on my car. Tim was very informative and provided constant updates throughout the entire repair process. He kept me updated via phone calls about what they were working on next, as well as the estimated completion date and pickup time. I could tell they worked very diligently because my car was actually finished a day earlier than originally scheduled. When I arrived to pick it up, we did a full walkthrough, and my car looked amazing. They cleaned the interior, washed the exterior, and even shined my tires. Honestly, the car looked just like the day I bought it. I can confidently say this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who may need the services they provide. The service at Gerber was top tier. I love the fact that they send updates through text messages to keep you updated at all times. They are very prompt and detailed in every aspect. I am so very pleased with work that they did on my 2025 Kia Seltos after my accident and I would like to thank everyone involved in making my car look like new again. Special shout out to Melody at the Front Desk who listened to me vent about my car accident, she listened and was very encouraging that I had come to the right place to get my car fixed and Hayden who assisted me in towing my car, he was very professional. If ever needed again, I will definitely be a return customer??????

Gerber took all the time they needed to ensure my vehicle was back in back to within specs - were extremely thorough. Their front office manager, Jennifer, was my primary point of contact, and she was proactive to stay in touch giving me status updates, she was super professional, and always returned calls. Of course, delivering back a perfect vehicle is primary, but it is Jennifer who makes Gerber a cut above - five stars for all of us.
