After fussing with another provider for almost two weeks, I had my car taken to Gerber. WHAT A RELIEF!!! They worked seamlessly with my insurer. They kept me posted on their progress and the car was ready sooner than expected. I picked up my car today. Looks good as new. There were no surprises when I paid my deductible. They even took care of returning my rental. If I could give them ten stars I would. Thank you, Gerber.

Really appreciate the team at the Crystal City location. They worked with my schedule to have the vehicle back when we needed it and then taking it back to continue work twice. They left me with the least amount of disruption to my life, and they did a great job on our repairs.
