These folks are on the ball. They do what they promise and then some. The communication with staff was great. My car was finished a day or two early and cleaner than when I brought it in. Gerber was recommended to me by Travelers. If you need auto glass or collision repair, I highly recommend them.

I recently got my Toyota Rav 4 repaired at Gerber after a collision left the side of my car extremely damaged. Right from the start customer service was excellent and they were in daily communication with me about the status of my repair and when it would be completed. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful during the busy holiday time. On top of the great customer service the repair of my Rav 4 looked amazing. They even fixed a small dent on the back corner of the car that was unrelated free of charge. I was extremely happy and grateful for my experience with Gerber!
