Very impressed with how my vehicle turned out. Looks brand new, better than before the accident. They had it in and out for me, and kept me updated throughout the week they had it. It made me happy to see they cleaned the inside of my car for me as well. Very happy with the whole repair. I couldn't thank you enough. I'll definitely refer you to friends and family.

Karen K. was exceptional in her service capacity. She took excellent care of me throughout the process. I was thoroughly impressed with her skill in making me feel like I was the center of her attention. I had a small repair to have done but she treated my concerns/needs wonderfully. In addition. the techs who worked on my vehicle did an outstanding job. Great craftsmanship bordering on sheer artistry!

Gerber Collision was by far the best experience I could have had during a very difficult time after my accident. They initiated contact with me and made the entire process of having my car repaired so simple I couldn't believe it. They had all the information regarding my insurance coverage before I even got to their location. Each step was communicated clearly to me and they called me just to let me know the progress. Miraculously, the repaired my car in three days instead of the three weeks that I expected. The best part was picking up my car. It looked better than it did when I bought it brand new. They had cleaned my car inside and out and repaired every bit of the damage incurred.
