Gerber did an excellent job with our repair. We received updates on the work being done and we got our vehicle back when it was promised. The car was cleaned inside & out (including our dogs nose prints on the window). We would definitely recommend them.

Gerber Collision in Haslett was wonderful to deal with from beginning to end. My primary contact was Troy. He was so helpful and pleasant, and NOT patronizing. He called me twice a week to let me know the status. I smashed it up good, but Gerber had it done at least 10 days before anticipated. And it was done flawlessly.

The front bumper and grill repair job looks good. I had to take my truck back after the initial pickup due to finding some front bumper brackets not attached, but they acknowledged the oversight with apologies for me having to come back and took care of the issue quickly.
