Great service!! The building inside and out was very clean. The people I met were extremely helpful and had a great attitude. You could see that they enjoyed their job and wanted to provide the best service possible. I'm glad i found this company. I will return when I had a need and will recommend Gerber to my friends and family.

My vehicle was hit while parked and I decided to try out Gerber. They immediately were able to accomodate my needs starting with Ralye being responsive at the front dest, Sebastian coming right out to my vehicle to take photos, and for fixing my vehicle the week I was on vacation. I came home and picked it up the day after. I even dropped it off dirty and they returned it to me spotless. I would use them again!

Ryan and Carrie were both EXCELLENT at helping me get my Prius hatchback latch replaced in record time! The added bonus of having the ENTIRE interior of my car cleaned was unexpected and appreciated!! Great service, professionally done! THANKS!!!!!!!

I could not of given my car over to better hands. They kept me informed on cost, time & made sure I had transportation until my car was completed. I would not think of taking my car anywhere else if by chance I ever needed it again. My car was returned looking like brand new!!!

Awesome.....is the service that I received from the time I walked in the door on 12/19. Robert, Brandi and team made a stressful and inconvenient situation less painful. I felt Brandi worked above and beyond with pleasure to assist me in getting a rental car and gathering all my information. She was very patient and accommodating and I really appreciated that. Robert was also fantastic, very detailed, set my expectations and executed on exactly what he promised. I left my car feeling like no stress and that she and I were in very good hands. When I picked up the car it looked as good as new as Robert said it would. Thanks to the entire Gerber team for a job well done. If I should ever need any body work done or know anyone that does I will quickly refer them to Gerber Collison in Sterling Heights. Thanks again!
