Just had my pickup repaired and Gerber tech's did an outstanding job. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. They were very courteous and prompt with the estimate. I would recommend Gerber Collision for your Auto Body needs. I felt that the price was reasonable and competitive also.

I have always brought my vehicles to Gerber and I always will in the future! From the moment I dropped off my car I had the most amazing customer service! They repaired my car faster than expected and they did a fantastic job! They kept in contact with my insurance and frequently gave me updates. I like the fact that when I picked up my car they explained and showed me everything that was done! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Hello I had my car repaired with Gerber and it was taken in last Wednesday Feb 25th for repairs due to an accident with hitting box springs that came off a truck on the freeway. I was referred to Gerber thru my Ins company State Farm. I have never used them before but State Farm stated that they were one of their preferred collision shops so I said ok. When I got there my estimate was done by Steve S. He was very professional with my estimate and looked the ENTIRE car over and took a lot of pictures to make sure that everything that was damaged was accounted for. After he was done we went inside he wrote up the estimate and then talked to me about the estimate and everything that was needed for the repair. Steve then offered a rental car and I said NO it is ok I will just be using my father's car... well my father was on his way up and my ... mother had an accident so Steve was understand and had Joe take me to enterprise to get a rental car so I could get to work as soon as possible. At this point I was getting updates via text messages (per my request) and they kept me informed of every step day by day....Steve then called and let me know that they were starting my car and that it should be done by Tuesday the 3rd. I ended up only using the Rental Car for 2 days Wed & Thur and when I turned it in I was told that Steve had called and comp'ed my rental for the 2 days.... That was AMAZING and it was above and beyond what was needed and it was greatly appreciated. I received a text and then a call on Monday that my car was done early and ready for pick-up ? So I cane and picked it up this morning and it was Shiny and Looked as good as the day I bought it... Steve had pulled me to the side and told me everything that was done to the car and told me that if there are any issues to call him and he would be happy to get those taken care of for me right away. My car was brought up to me and the snow way brushed off and was running and nice and warm inside for me, it was also cleaned from Top to Bottom on the inside as well. I am SO VERY glad that I went with Gerber and that I was able to deal with such a nice guy as Steve. I appreciate all his knowledgeable information for me and that he took the time to make this as easy on me as possible to not have my car for a few days. I will be sure to Take your survey if I get a call and also let them know how very pleased I am with the services I received and I will also let State Farm know how happy I am that I went with Gerber to get my repairs completed. Again thank you to Gerber for all there assistance and a HUGH thank you to Steve Smith for making me feel great from the start of the process to me picking my car up this morning and my BIG smile on my face when I drove away. read more
