I was very concerned about how my car would look. The car has only 2375 miles on it. I was sick over the damage, but Gerber made it look just like new. The rear bumper was replaced and painted. You would never know the difference. The color and finish are perfect. Great service too.

Good experience! Car was ready on day promised. It was clean inside and out. The repairs made were explained and our questions answered thoroughly and politely. The staff acted in a professional manner. The office and waiting room were clean. Our car looked as good as new.

I had the best customer experience with Erica D. She was very cheerful as soon as we met, and explained the entire process very well to me. I had a few concerns regarding time and she updated me every step of the way, letting me know exactly what was going on with my car. My 8 day fix turned into half of that! I am more than happy with the service she provided. And am very thank ful she took the time to address all of my concerns. Thank you Erica! I greatly appreciate it!

This is my first experience with Gerber Collision. The staff was courteous and explained the entire process. Evan called me the day after my Jeep was towed to the shop with an estimate of repairs and a completion date. Evan called me two times a week with updates for the three weeks my Jeep was there, and kept the repairs on schedule. When I picked up my car it looked brand new! They did a wonderful job inside and out. Evan was great to work with and I appreciated his professionalism and the fact that he kept me up to date. I never had to call to find out what was going on. I highly recommend Gerber and will definitely will be a return customer is the need arises! Thank you for a painless experience!
