I just wanted to shout out what a great experience I had with my recent truck repair. My appraiser was awesome in explaining the process and planning out my pickups and drop offs. The associate at the desk was super friendly and even had Enterprise ready to pick me up within maybe 2 minutes of my drop off walk around. I was super thrilled that I could just leave the rental at the shop when I picked up my truck. That makes things a lot easier when you don't have anyone to give you a ride. Also, they had the repair done same day. Had I been able to get out of work earlier, I could have had my truck back for the drive home. I honestly chose Gerber for the free rental promotion since I don't have rental coverage on my insurance, but I'd come back, thought I hope I don't have to, just for the customer service. The care and service Gerber Collision provided was unbelievable. I truly have never received such aware response, regular updates, flawless/beautiful repair work, promises made and kept from any other collision service provider in the 52 years I have owned an automobile. The car (a 2008 Saab 95), which we recently brought to Gerber Collision, had a great deal of sentimental value to our youngest daughter and they took incredible care of it and paid attention to every detail in order that it would be returned to us in near mint condition. Our entire family is committed to Gerber Collision and, when/if there's ever a need, would never go anywhere else.
