The service I received was excelent. I was well informed through the entire process about what was going on with my vehicle. I had no surprise charges or unexpected issues. All the people involved were friendly and professional. With the exception of the accident itself and of course having to pay I enjoyed the whole process.

I have never dealt with a compnay and nice as this! When i brought my car to get fixed (because someone broke in) it was painless and easy. I had to bring it back because it was pulling to the left. i thought it was because of something the tech did! I WAS WRONG! it was my fault the tire was dangerously low on tread and your guy here is fixing it for me and doin an alignment and is AWESOME! he said he is gifting it to me for christmas! THANK YOU GERBER YOU HAVE MADE A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER OUT OF ME!!!!!!! THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS!

Ther service that I have recieved from Scott has been nothing but commendable. His constant communication with me as to how the repairs on the car are coming along has been very helpful. Not only through e-mail but through the phone is the service supberb. Everyone from the receptionist to any employee that walks through make you feel important. I would never hesitate to bring or recommend Gerber for any car repairs and it has become my choice for service on my car. Again thanks to all the staff you are the best.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Gerber Collision. From day one that my vehicle was brought into their shop I received a call from Bill, who would be my best friend over the next month and a half while my car was being repaired from an accident. Bill called me every Tuesday and Thursday without fail to keep me informed as to what was going on with my vehicle. He was always very sweet and accomodating. His customer service is like no other I have every experienced. He went above and beyond my expectations and I am so grateful for his kindness! He made, what I thought was going to be a horrible experience, a very good one. Thank you Bill Hommen for everything! Gerber Collision is very lucky to have such an amazing employee!
