I AM SUCH A SATISFIED CUST THT I JUST HAD TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK MY EXPERIENCE @ GERBER WAS ABSOLUTLY FABULOUS IT IS ALWAYS HORRIBLE TO DAMAGE A CAR BUT THE CARE SUPPORT & PROFFESIONAL ATTITUDE OF THE KIND WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK AS WELL AS JORGE AND ALL THE TEAM'S MADE ME FEEL SECURE THEY TOOK FABULOUS CARE OF ME I WAS TREATED AS AN INDIVIDUAL I WAS TREATED PROFESSIONALLY AND THE WORK WAS OUTSTANDING , HOW WONDERFUL TO KNOW WE HAVE THIS KIND OF SHOPS

they did excellent work on my 2005 KIA optima they matched the paint and i received photos of the repair process almost daily, i even got it back a day before they said it would be done, great work i would recommend you to anyone. thank you for your hard work

Above Epectations. Excellent service. Patty and Mark were great and getting everything started promptly. Bill was excellent and they got the car done on time so could go on our vacation. The car came out looking great. I would reccomend Gerber to anyone.

Jim and his crew have done everything to make my car repair a positive experience. They have gone out of their way to make up for a slow start/mix-up/comedy of errors that started when my car first was towed to the East valley by DPS. Their work is exceptional and my car looks like it did on the day that I bought it. I have every confidence in the company and if I have problems in the future I would not hestitate to use them again.

Gerber is awesome. Unfortunately they know me by name only because of my "incidents". Each time they have taken care of me & my car. I hope I don't have to come back for more car repair but if the "unfortunate" happens again, without hesitation I will rolling back to Gerber. Mark, Jim & Patty are the best. Kind, considerat & proffessional. And Jorge was the best jokester of all!
