You never know who or what you will encounter at a body shop repair business! My experence was perfect, thanks to Thayer. Amber, at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. A smiling face to first see when you walk in was very comforting. If I ever need repairs again, You can be asured I will contact Gerber. Wonderful experence.

Your door/body work on my Trailblazer, following an accident, was impeccable. All dents, scratches, etc. were completely gone as a result of your work. The blue paint matches perfectly as far as I'm concerned. Thank you for not only excellent auto work, but also for the manner of your front desk personnel. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I was so inpressed with the service I received. Every person who walked into the office asked if I was helped. Someone was with me immediately and as I waited there were good gossip magazines to read. Thanks for whoever brings those in. I received my rental quickly with good customer service. When I came back to return the rental I was greeted with smiles and professionalism. When I got my car back it was driven to the front quickly and the man was very good who brought it up to me. Joseph Wilkes was very helpful, I have a leased vehicle through my work. Joseph got my car fixed through Lease Plan and was able to get my windows tinted through Lease Plan. Joseph is the man. I would recommend anyone to go see this guy. He will take care of everything with no hassle. Thanks!
