They did a fine job of repairing but I took it back for an adjustment to the hood and loose front bumper under cover. They got right on it and adjusted the hood and secured the under bumper right away. It looks great now! The paint job is flawless and you can't tell there was any damage! Great service, courteous and patiently addressed all my concerns!

Unfortunately, this was my second go-round with Gerber. FORTUNATELY, they were available to work their magic again. Gerber is able to make the best of a bad situation. It starts with the customer care at the front desk (Hi, Heidi!) and continues with the detailed estimate, streamlined car rental, regular updates, beautiful bodywork and ends with an on-time ((or earlier!) delivery. The conclusion: my 6 y.o. car looks brand new!!!! Thank you, Gerber, for having my back... end. ??

Jorge, Heidi and their colleagues, especially the repair technicians, did an amazing job with our 2025 Toyota Crown Signia. They kept us informed with regular and frequent progress reports. Because the vehicle was a new Toyota model in 2025, we had to wait for the delivery of some parts, but the staff was always prompt in letting us know the new projected completion date. We have driven the vehicle about 400 miles since the repairs were completed and it has operated flawlessly and looks as good as new. We are completely happy with the results of Gerber's work and do not expect any problems going forward. We highly recommend Gerber on West Broadway in Mesa for collision repair work.

Staff was amazing and very quick with getting us in and out. The mechanics did a great job and they had it ready earlier than told. My car looked like new when it came back to me. They also kept me very informed regularly.

The damage and the necessary parts and repair work were clearly explained to me. An estimate of when the work would be started and completed was given. (And texts were sent during the process.) It was very convenient to get a rental car from a company that coordinates with Gerber. All of the staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. My car looked brand new when I picked it up - so shiny!
