I am extremely pleased with the service i received at gerber collision in merrillville. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and informative. They kept me up to date on the repair of my vehicle. Most importantly they did a great job on my repair. My car looks great!!! I was also very impressed with the speed of getting my car fixed. They were very quick and the manager made sure i got my car on time. He actually impressed me with how fast the repair was completed. It's taken me a long time to get to writing this review and I feel it's long overdue. In August 2014 I'd taken my car in for collision repair to the Merrillville, IN location. The staff and management were very thorough and courteous. I' received a recommendation to take my vehicle for repair to them by way of my step-father who'd gotten collision repair done there about 6 months prior. Considering that's he's very picky on who works on his vehicle I felt comfort in taking my vehicle to Gerber. I had the mirror on my Infiniti FX35 repaired there. The service technician was very thorough in walking me through all of the repairs that needed to be done in order to repair the damage. Great job! My car was finished a week earlier than estimated. All body work done beautifully. They even arranged to have windshield done at same time. Inside was detailed and super clean. Service was excellent -- they called me twice a week to give me an update. Excellent!
