It has been a pleasure working with Kelly F. and Kelly S. They have both been awesome from the very first phone call. The follow through they offered was amazing from the tow truck picking up the vehicle to returning the rental car and picking up our vehicle. They did a great job on repairing and fixing the damage to our vehicle. They answered all our questions and have been courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Thanks to all the employees at Gerber Collision located at 805 E. Hibiscus Blvd, Melbourne, Fl. for making this process so much easier to deal with. They answer the phones right away, answer all your questions and their follow up on the status of the vehicle was amazing. Best experience ever at a body shop. Kelly and her team are really kind and communicated really well. She explained the process, details and timing. The body work and paint job were excellent and Kelly did a great job explaining everything when I came to pick it up. Who would have thought a body shop had this level of customer service? Great job.
