Someone backed into my 2005 Ford Hundred in the rear passenger side and knocked the bumper out place. I went to Gerber for an estimate for repair. Estimator Timothy G. assessed the damage. He snapped the bumper back in place and got rid of the other cars paint scratch. When I asked what I owed for this service I was told "0". This amazed me in light of greed there is in society today. Tim would not even accept a tip. As an 78 year old senior this renewed my faith in society. I will not hesitate to highly recommend my friends and neighbors to Gerber for their needs. Another quality job done by Gerber Collision & Glass in Melbourne, FL. This is my 3rd repair done at this shop and the results did not disappoint as expected. The passenger door that was replaced and repainted is indistinguishable from the original before the accident (a SUV with the hitch attached backed into my parked car). The car was also completed a full day ahead of schedule. The staff was also very friendly and courteous. Both Tim and Fran kept me informed on a daily basis on the progress of my car's repair. If my car ever needs body work again I will be definitely be bringing my business back to this Gerber location.

I had such a great experience with the Melbourne, Fl Hibiscus location. Being a single woman you get hesitant about bringing your car any place because you feel you are going to get ripped off. This place is like a family place, they make you feel at ease from Fran at the front desk to Justin the Estimator. The work is top notch and looks as good as new. The work was done on time, and if I ever had another problem I wouldn't hesitate to return to this establishment in Melbourne.

I am very impressed with the staff and efficient service I received. Tim took care of me when I came for my appt and let me know it would be about 2 days. We scheduled the following Monday, the desk agent was quick in calling Entreprise for someone to pick me up. I received a call on Tuesday early afternoon to let me know my Versa Note was ready and made the arrangements to go and pick it up. The paperwork was ready and they not just washed my little car but vacuumed it also. They get 10++ from me. They made my day!

I did not use my insurance. I brought down my garage door on the trunk of my car. Didn't pull car in far enough. The service was excellent and professional. Auto was repaired in like new condition. Can't tell there was a scratch and dent prior to Gerber's repair. All personnel were fun and business like. kudos to all.
