I took my car into Gerber not knowing what to expect after my accident. The insurance company recommended Gerber Collision. Everyone I spoke to was not only friendly, but extremely knowledgeable in their field. The schedule person, Jennifer, had a great speaking voice. She spoke very clearly and super friendly, in person and on the phone. My estimator was April M. and I was a little skeptical about a woman knowing enough about cars to make some decisions on my damage. Boy was I wrong, April was fantastic, she showed me damage that I didn't even see and how the body shop would have to go about repairing it. She was simply AWESOME. They also called Enterprise rent a car and got me set up with a rental car. The whole experience was classy and professional. When I looked at the car's paint on the new door and fender, it was a perfect match, ... even the pinstriping was perfect. There was absolutely no paint smell in the car and no over spray on any rubber or metal parts. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone. read more
