The young lady name Fran was great! She made me feel welcome over the phone and in person. She is nice and very helpful. Gerber did an excellent job on my 2010 Honda. It looks just the same with I drove it off the Honda Lot! And on top of that, they even wash and vaccumed my car....That was a total surprise..Now that is Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!
