Gerber Collision & Glass treated me right, when others I have dealt with over the previous years have not. From the beginning phone contact to the ending handshake and goodbyes. I would refer others to them without hesitation. I want to even include the secretary at the desk and the fellows in the back. I am not looking forward to any more wrecks so to speak but, now I know who to suggest. Thanks GC&G!!!

Brian was extremely courteous, has a wonderful knowledge of collision requirements/needs and was able to answer all of my questions. The work was performed promptly and as stated. Although I chose not to use a rental car (I reside close by), rides to/from were offered. This was appreciated. The fact that the inside and outside of my car received a thorough cleaning, was a real bonus! Would recommend Gerber Collision to friends/family any time.

I am very satisfied with the service at the Mayfield Heights location! Paula greeted my wife and I with a smile, was prepared with all of our insurance information, and made the process as painless as possible. Paula kept us updated on the progress of our repairs through daily text messages, and went out of her way not only to have our vehicle done ahead of schedule (saving me the hassle of getting a rental), but also to get an estimate that was more than fair, given the age of my vehicle.
