Great service from start to finish. Jorge Garcia was fantastic to work with, he explained repairs when I brought it in and went over everything when the car was finished. Loved getting updates via text and personal updates by phone twice a week. Car was originally to be finished 4 oclock thursday but actually ready thursday morning. Highly recommend Gerber In Matteson.

Mario P. and his team are the reason I select Gerber for my collision repairs. He has serviced my car three times and each time, there is a level of satisfaction greater then the previous time. It is apparent and Mario is the best General Manager there is and he is the reason I keep coming back when I unfortunately am in an accident.
