My car was ready within 2 days and this job was scheduled to be completed sometime in August. I would be remiss if I left out the quality of the work, just superb. My car was rear ended. Herb Mason at Farmers insurance recommended this shop. He helped me arrange my appointment and provided great assistance to me. Aaron and Jorge at Gerber were timely, professional and courteous. They kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. In the end, my truck was repaired beautifully! I'm so impressed and will definitely recommend them to others.

Jorge was very professional and did a very thorough inspection of my car. I am very happy with the service I received. Maricella was an angel and made sure I was able to get a rental through Gerber. I hope I never have to get repairs done again but if I do Gerber will be my first and only stop.

Upon walking into the shop, I was greeted with much kindness by Maricella. Upon speaking to her about the problem that I was experiencing with my car, she not only gave me a peace of mind that the problem could be fixed, but she immediately spoke to the manager to ensure me that I will be taken care of. The managers name was Corey, and he did not hesitate to not only ensure me that the problem could be fixed, bit also that it would be done correctly without a doubt. For the first time that I have come to Gerber, I am absolutely overwhelmed that I not only have individuals who have my needs at top priority, but also are respectful, and give me reassurance that they will do the job, and that they will do the job well.
