Excellent service- The car drives well and looks great, and the person I spoke to about my repairs always gave me up to date information. Also the car was ready on the estimated date given to me. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

I was extremely satisfied with the work done on my Jeep Liberty after I was rear ended. The work was of an excellent quality and equally important was the excellent communication Gerber maintained throughout the entire process. I was not only texted about the progress of my repairs, but also called. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and very accommodating. I would not hesitate to bring my car back or to refer Gerber to anyone needing body work!!!

The service I had a Gerber Collision & Glass was outstanding for a number of reasons. Teresa got me in as soon as I called to make the appointment and the bag that she gave me to put my stuff in when I cleaned my stuff out was a nice bag. Next Louie was thorough when he explained to me what needed to be done to my car and he was I liked the he called every 2 or 3 days and gave me updated on the status of my car, that way I was able to have an idea of how much gas I needed to keep in the rental car :). When I went to pick up my car today I was very pleased with how it turned out. If I ever need to have body work done on my car again I will bring it back to Gerber in Matteson.

This week I had my car repaired. The employee that assisted me was Rafael Garcia. He was very knowlegable,professional and very courteous. He told me my car would be ready in 2 to 3 days and it was ready by 2pm on the second day. The work completed was excellent. Thank you for having an employee as exceptional as Mr.Garcia. I would definately recommend Gerber.
