On Friday 10-31-14 while getting gas the wind was so high that when I got out of my car the drivers door blew all the way back and damaged my door causing the drivers side door not to be able to close. On Sat 11-1-14 my wife called Gerber Collision and spoke with Mario and explained what had happened and what problem we were having with the drivers door who told her to bring the car in and he would take a look at it. When I arrived Mario was already expecting me and he began to assist me concerning this matter. With in 15 minutes Mario himself had fixed the door on the drivers side. When I asked him what would be the charge he said nothing and he began to explain to me what the problem was and what he had done to fix it. He then shook my had and I thanked him for his help. I am so grateful and thankful for Mario help and he saved me a lot ... read more

Can not say enough, got off to a rocky start due to our insurance company, but shop manager Mario took charge and got things going. Picked up our car today, and I have to say, it looks like nothing ever happened to it. 100% satisfied, and even better car completed 3 days before projected finish date! Again I want to say THANK YOU to Mario and his team at the Matteson, Illinois shop for going above and beyond. Car looks great!!!!!!
