This is the second time I have had an occasion to use your services for collision repair, It is a complete hassle free experience. Drop off the vehicle and when finished - pick it up in perfect condition. Additionally, GEICO told me I would not find more than a 6 month guarantee on the work. Gerber;s is for life. I highly recommend this company for any required occasion.

Great service! Took our Honda in for fender repair and was told it would take about 4 days. Dropped the car off Tuesday afternoon and it was ready for pickup on Thursday afternoon. They did a great job with the repair, looks brand new.

I am so pleased with my wonderful experience at Gerber! Though it was hard having an accident, I knew from previous experience that my car was in great hands there. Everyone is so nice to work with, and they did the work in a timely matter. They were great with communicating with me as well. And the car looked amazing--it looked exactly as it did prior to the damage from the accident. It was also easy with arranging for a rental car--I was picked up at Gerber, and then I was able to leave the rental car at Gerber when I picked up my own car. Great experience!!!

Last week my 2007 BMW driver side door broke- can't open from inside not outside. I contacted Kim, shop manager, & she adv to bring it next day. She gladly took my repair order. Jason, a tech, struggled at first as this type of problem is not typical for BMW but eventually managed to get the door open. Found out a small part inside the door latch is broken. Shop ordered the part fixed within 2nd day. Meanwhile Kim sent me texts & gave me calls informing the status of the situation which put me as ease. One should imagine if you take this BMW to a dealership & all the charges they would lay on me. I was only asked to pay for the part & very reasonable labor fee. Thanks Kim & Jason. You guys are the best!
