10 Stars! Stefanie S : Allstate insurance who is excellent sent me to Gerber Collision and Glass. Everyone there is so nice, helpful, polite and professional. My estimate was thorough and showed everything in detail on the paperwork. My car was done earlier than expected. I like to say thank you to the general manager, Joon B. Anthony, who gave my estimate. Ilyana L, the customer service representative who took care of any of my needs. Alonzo who put my car in front so it would be easier for me to leave which meant a lot. Thank you to all for your time, help and excellent of service. All of you showed that you care about me the customer and how you do your jobs.

Hello, I recently had my Camry TRD repaired at the Gerber in Ellicott City. I was devastated when the accident occurred as I take my car and its appearance seriously. Kim provided me with consistent updates, and not only was the vehicle returned to me in better condition then it was previously, but it was also completed prior to the week being over. Exceptional service, quality, and craftsmanship from Ellicott City. I will be using Gerber again.

Work was performed quickly and we received updates. My only complaint is that our original written quote indicated 5 days of work, with the potential for the to extend to 8. When I dropped our vehicle off, I was told 12-15 days, which is dramatically different. As it turns out our vehicle was done in less than 4 business days. That was a pleasant surprise, but I wish I could've skipped the worry about being without the vehicle for so long.

My vehicle was brought in on 8/7/2022 due to an accident the initial completion date was supposed to be on 8/26/2022, but they had a small hiccup which pushed my completion date to 9/2/22 to my surprise, I got a message from them today 8/29/2022 letting me know that my vehicle has been completed, as far as the delay I didn't have a problem with because it does happen, I was excited to find out that my veh was ready for pickup and to my amazement, it looked like a brand new car like nothing had ever happened to it, these guys are amazing and Justin, My man Justin I appreciate u keeping me up to date on the daily about my vehicle, you made my life so much easier thanks a millions and they also swapped out my badges for me and washed her up you guys are awesome

I was very impressed with the service at Gerber Collision. Our car had a split fender from something that hit the front of the car after falling off a truck in front of her while my wife was driving on the highway. Even though Gerber had an extremely busy schedule and it was looking like I might have to wait a month before my car could be repaired, their customer service rep, Liz, was extremely helpful and managed to get my car squeezed into their schedule 2 weeks earlier than expected. Liz was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. She called me to come and look at an unexpected issue unrelated to the claim, and brought the car around for me immediately after I arrived.
