ABSOLUTELY exceptional service. From beginning to end, the staff, particularly Richard and Christina, set the standard for courteous, efficient and timely service. Richard took the time to explain the repair procedure, and expected length of time once parts were received for the repaid to be completed. His estimate was amazing. He saw things that we had overlooked. Will definitely recommend him and Gerber to family and friends should they need professional repairs. Thankyou!

I would give the people at Gerber Collision on Amos Avenue in Baltimore 10 stars if I could! Becky, Rod, and Famous Amos deserve bonuses, if not raises, for their 1st class customer service. We live in a world where professionalism, courtesy, flexibility and kindness are in short supply, but this team is off the charts with it! Thank you for a painless process, and the return of my car in better shape than I gave it to you. They even cleaned the inside! Wow. Greatly appreciated and would recommend your services to anyone.

My car was hit from behind and causing small dents and scratches on the rear bumper. Gave my car to this amazing Estimator, Monica M. who exceeded my expectations: 1) finished the job one week earlier as it took only four working days to get new bumper and fix the dents plus courtesy painting of tiny spots of the four doors' edges (caused by hitting the walls when parked). 2) the cost is less than 3 competitors that I shopped around near my home 3) Ms M. is very friendly and professional. She even texted me to let me know the progress and the completion and sending me pictures of the job being done. I never met such quick, friendly and professional person like her. She is a keeper at Gerber Collision & Glass company.
